Prayer Chain Guidelines:

To Start a Prayer Request:

• Call the first person at the beginning of your chain You may call as many of the chains other as is necessary. For many requests, you may only want to call one or two chains. Urgent prayer requests directly relating to the congregation of Household of Faith should be called through all the chains. If you don’t have the time to call all the chains, ask the leaders to call it on to the other chain leaders.

• If possible, briefly pray with the person you are calling about the request.

• If you leave the request on the answering machine, call it on to the next person.

• If you leave the request with a child, call it on to the next person.

• The last person on the chain does not call on the prayer request.
